- Green Ink Book’s main objectives are to promote and support reading, reviewing, writing and SELF-PUBLISHING, for people of all ages and all abilities.

- The site is not monetised, and no money or financial information is collected from the Green Ink Books’ membership. In this respect is is a ‘Not for Profit’ organisation
- ‘Membership’ of Green Ink Books is free of charge, whether you JOIN as a Subscriber or an Author, who wishes to promote a new book, or as an ‘Expert’ in this field, or all of them
- Currently all site visitors register as a ‘subscriber’ and if they wish to be added as an ‘author’ or an ‘expert,’ they need to contact Green Ink Books, until such time as the Website allows them to enter and upload their own details
- Facilities to enable writers/authors, to sign up themselves on the Website, will appear as the Website develops
- Those who sign up, will be called ‘Subscribers’ and once registered may access free downloadable Bonus Material
- It is planned that help and support with self-publishing, will be offered, by expert members and that affordable (extra) services (such as professional proofreading, book illustrating), can be offered to help members to master the craft of self-publishing
- If you are an “expert “who can offer your services at an affordable price, to new self-publishers, please contact Green Ink Books
- Bonus material will be available at Green Ink Books’ Website, for subscribers to download
- ‘Experts’ (who contact Green Ink Books offering their professional services), will be able to ‘advertise’ their services and contact details free of charge on the Green Ink Book Blog pages, and each expert will make their own arrangements for payment, through their own sites or businesses and with each new ‘customer’ or ‘client’. Green Ink Books will not be involved in any (of the above) payment transactions
- “Experts” will be offered a space on the Blogs where they can announce their services and contact details (free of charge.)
- Green Ink Books reserve the right to decide not to display any advertising material supplied by the ‘experts’ if deemed inappropriate for whatever reason
- If the ‘affordable’ service proves to be too costly for a new writer, there is no obligation (for the new writer) to continue to use the service after any agreed first payments have been covered, but Green Ink Books will not be responsible for chasing any outstanding payments.
- Green Ink Books, advises that new writers and experts create a short, written contract that will outline all promised expert advice along with clear projected costs
- Membership of Green Ink Books is open to all age groups of 13 and over
